Meet Our Founder
Le'Brittany Smith, M.L.S.
Le’Brittany is a driven and thriving creative entrepreneur dedicated to empowering individuals to walk boldly in their purpose. A proud Arlington, Texas native, she is passionate about inspiring self-love, confidence, and intentional living through both her professional work and community impact.
Le’Brittany currently serves as the Digital Content Administrator for Crowley ISD within the Communications and Marketing Department, where she supports and represents a district of more than 17,000 students. In this role, she leads social media strategy and content management across 28 campuses, promotes district-wide initiatives, and creates compelling digital storytelling through reels, recaps, and promotional campaigns.
In addition to her professional career, she is the Founder and CEO of GC Designs Agency LLC, a creative agency committed to helping individuals, organizations, and aspiring entrepreneurs bring their visions to life. Through strategic branding, social media design, and event graphics, she empowers clients to build impactful, authentic brands that reflect both purpose and excellence.
She is also the founder of Gorgeous Chics, a lifestyle and apparel brand dedicated to empowering women of all ages and backgrounds to embrace confidence, walk boldly in their purpose, and uplift others unapologetically.
Le’Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a concentration in Multi-Platform Journalism from Sam Houston State University in Spring 2020. Continuing her pursuit of excellence, she received her Master of Legal Studies with a focus on Business and Contract Law from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2025—equipping her with a strong foundation in business strategy and legal insight.
She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she was initiated into the Theta Epsilon Chapter at Sam Houston State University and now serves in the Xi Theta Omega Chapter in Arlington, Texas. She is also a proud member of the Black Sports Professionals North Texas Chapter.
Through her career, business, and service, Le’Brittany continues to lead with creativity and purpose—leaving a lasting impact rooted in excellence.
Her mission is simple: to help others show up boldly, build with intention, and be seen at their highest level.
